If a user discovers or suspects that a child has submitted Personal Data through the Interface, the situation may be reported to [email protected]. After reviewing and verifying the case, Dexsport will delete the relevant information where appropriate.

Relevant records are retained for at least thirty days after termination of the user relationship or relevant contract. This period may be extended where required or permitted by applicable law. Personal Data that no longer needs to be retained will be deleted, anonymized, or restricted in use.
